Meet Leah Cooper

I've spent my career in classrooms, nonprofits, and corporate boardrooms, and while the work looked different, one thing never changed: people want to feel seen. They want to know they're valued, welcomed, appreciated, and that they belong. Time and time again, I've watched relationships transform—not because of extravagant budgets or elaborate strategies, but because of remarkably simple acts repeated with an unreasonable degree of consistency and intention.

I’ve now come to believe the strongest relationships are built in the small moments: a handwritten note that arrives unexpectedly, a donor who understands the impact of their investment, a client who feels remembered long after the project is complete, or guests who feel welcomed before they ever walk through the door. Studio Cooper was born from a love of radical hospitality and the belief that when we communicate thoughtfully and care for people intentionally, the return on that investment is extraordinary.

That's why we donate 5% of our annual net profits to 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations, highlighting and supporting a different nonprofit each month whose work is strengthening communities, creating opportunity, and improving lives.
